AC Shop (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.acshop.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Currently, we are offering free shipping on all Air Conditioner orders.
Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Items are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

If you’re not happy with a product that you purchased on this Website, you can return it within 15 days after delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.
To return an item, contact us at email@example.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except when the product arrived damaged or defective.
When sending a product back, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
Products marked as final sale or “not returnable” on the product page or during the checkout process cannot be returned.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 5 days after delivery.
You are responsible for inspecting the packaging of the item before you accept the product from the carrier. If the packaging or the product appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage, inform the carrier and refuse delivery.
Please report the issue within the timeframe listed above and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund. To report an issue, send an email with the photos taken to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you choose to get a refund for an eligible returned, damaged or defective product (as specified above), you’ll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For damaged or defective products, you will also receive a refund for any amount you may have paid Gajah to have the product shipped to you.
For products that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight).
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after AC Shop processes the eligible product. If we are unable to refund the original method of payment, Gajah will provide you with store credit for the amount of the refund due to you, which may only be used for purchases on this Website.
